Practice Staff
Rina is Dr Sood’s Senior Practice Manager who always knows what’s going on. She works full time and has been with the practice since 2018. She has been the backbone of the practice, working tirelessly to ensure that patient and referrer experience is smooth-sailing and all round positive.

Lina is Dr Sood’s Practice Manager at Northern Beaches Breast Clinic. She started this role in early 2022. She works full time in this clinic and you will hear her friendly voice if you call the Northern Beaches Breast Clinic.
Each year I have the privilege of working with and teaching a post fellowship trainee of the BreastSurgANZ Society. Our Fellows are trained General Surgeons who are subspecialising in Breast Oncoplastic Surgery.

Dr. Jonothon Brock

Dr Jonothon Brock is a Specialist Anaesthetist based at Royal North Shore, Mater and North Shore Private Hospitals. He has a special interest in Breast and Reconstructive Surgery along with Vascular, Orthopaedic and Neurosurgery. He is the current Head of Department at Royal North Shore Hospital Anaesthetic Department and is hopelessly un-photogenic”
Dr. Tish Stefanutto
Consultant Anaesthetist

Dr. Tish Stefanutto did her anaesthetics training in the UK. Her interests includes General and GIT surgery, spine, orthopaedic and plastic surgery. She did a Liver and Plastics Fellowship before spending 2 years in San Francisco working for Prof. Miller.
She is a representative of the Australian Difficult Airway Committee.
Dr. Helen Ward

Dr Helen Ward completed her specialty training in Anaesthesia in 2010 after achieving a merit award in her final examinations.
She works at two of Sydney’s busiest tertiary hospitals including Royal North Shore and the Northern Beaches hospitals.
Her scope of practice is very broad, and includes anaesthesia for emergency surgery, breast surgery, hand surgery and interventional radiology procedures.
Dr. Niki Vootakuru

Westmead Hospital
Dr Nikitha Vootakuru is a specialist anaesthetist with experience and interest in surgical oncology, sarcoma and head and neck cancers, holding clinical appointments at several tertiary and quaternary level institutions. She is the airway clinical lead at Westmead Hospital and a recipient of the Robert Dean prize for research. She is active in clinical governance roles including the anaesthetic executive committee and drug safety committee. She also teaches and mentors trainees and is an ANZCA trial viva examiner.
Surgical Assistants
I work with experienced Surgical Assistants who help me conduct safe and efficient surgery. Their assistance is very important in delivering effective, precise and best quality patient centered care.
